1. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Defects or Wrong Items)

We provide a strict 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. Because we verify all items before dispatch, we cannot accept claims without this proof.

Your video must follow these guidelines strictly:

•  Before Opening: Show the unopened package from all sides clearly to the camera to prove it has not been tampered with. The shipping label must be clearly visible.
•  The Unboxing: Open the package completely in front of the camera.
•  No Cuts or Edits: The video must be one single, continuous shot from start to finish. If the video is cut, paused, edited, or the package leaves the camera frame, your claim will be automatically rejected.
•  The Defect: Clearly show the defect, damage, or the incorrect item received in the video.

2. Sizing and Wrong Size Orders

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong sizes ordered by the customer.

•  If you ordered a size and it does not fit, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. General Return Conditions

•  Items must be in the same condition that you received them: unworn, unwashed, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
