 International Shipping: We ship worldwide! International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Delivery times typically range from 7–15 business days.

 Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 Order Tracking: As soon as your order ships, a tracking link will be sent directly to your registered email, WhatsApp, or contact number.

2. Returns & Exchanges

 No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances.

 Defective Items Only: Exchanges are strictly limited to products that arrive damaged or defective from our end.

 Size Exchanges: We cannot accept exchanges for sizing issues. Please review our detailed measurement charts carefully before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.

⚠️ Mandatory Exchange Requirement: To claim an exchange for a defective item, you must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video. We cannot process any claims without video proof of the package being opened from the start.
